NCNJ","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"看護師自らが職場ソーシャルサポートを得るための方策を検討することを目的に、3施設の病棟に勤める看護職員を対象に無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った。調査項目は、職場ソーシャルサポート、被援助志向性、援助要請スキル、SOC(sense of
